Candidates who are entitled to enroll at Kilis 7 Aralık University following the online application process are required to apply in person to the relevant units within the announced Final Registration Dates. In order to complete the registration process, it is mandatory to present the original copies of the following documents.
► Acceptance Letter and Student Visa:
Candidates must apply to the nearest Turkish Foreign Representation (Embassy/Consulate) with their Acceptance Letter in order to obtain a Student Visa. Candidates already in Türkiye must obtain a Residence Permit from the Provincial Directorate of Security instead of a visa.
► High School Diploma:
Original diploma along with a notarized Turkish translation.
► Equivalency Certificate:
A document certifying that the high school diploma is equivalent to Turkish high school diplomas, issued by the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Türkiye or by Turkish Embassies/Consulates.
► Transcript:
Original certified document showing all courses and grades throughout secondary education, along with its Turkish translation.
► Examination Result Certificate:
Original document or a verifiable printout (with verification code) of the exam declared during application (TR-YÖS, GCE, etc.).
► Passport and Visa:
Original passport, a photocopy, and an officially approved copy of the entry visa issued for educational purposes by Turkish Foreign Representations.
► Photographs:
Six (6) recent photographs (taken within the last 6 months), sized 4.5 x 6.0 cm, clearly showing the applicant’s face.
► Tuition Fee Receipt:
Bank receipt confirming the payment of the tuition fee for the relevant academic year.
► Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate:
If available, a notarized or officially certified copy (by Turkish Foreign Representations) of a B2-level certificate issued by TÖMER or the Yunus Emre Institute.
► Signed Declaration of Financial Support
► Foreigner Identification Number
► Health Report:
The University may request a medical report issued by a healthcare institution within Türkiye, if deemed necessary for the relevant program.
► Additional Documents:
Additional documents may be required for programs admitting students through special talent examinations.
Personal Application:
Registration procedures must be completed in person by the candidate. Applicants with valid excuses may complete their registration through an authorized representative with a notarized power of attorney.
Incomplete Documents:
Candidates with missing or falsified documents will not be registered under any circumstances.
Document Verification:
The University reserves the right to verify the authenticity of submitted documents with the relevant authorities.
