In order for online applications to Kilis 7 Aralık University to be evaluated, candidates are required to upload the following documents to the system in digital format. The accuracy of the documents uploaded during the application process is the sole responsibility of the applicant.
► High School Diploma:
The original high school diploma, or a current provisional graduation certificate for candidates who have not yet graduated.
► Transcript:
An officially approved document showing the courses taken and grades obtained throughout secondary education.
► Passport or Identity Document:
A copy of a valid passport or official identity document containing the applicant’s personal information and photograph.
► Examination Result Certificate:
An official result document from TR-YÖS or from national/international examinations (e.g., GCE, etc.) recognized by the University Senate.
► Turkish Language Proficiency Certificate:
If available, a valid Turkish language proficiency certificate issued by institutions such as TÖMER or the Yunus Emre Institute.
► Language Requirement:
All uploaded documents must be issued in either Turkish or English.
► Certified Translation:
Documents prepared in other languages must be translated into Turkish or English and officially certified by a notary or authorized institutions (Consulates/Embassies).
► Original Documents:
All documents submitted digitally during the application must be presented in their original form to the University during final registration if the candidate is admitted.
