The international student admission processes at Kilis 7 Aralık University are conducted in accordance with a strategic calendar determined in advance for each academic year. It is of great importance that candidates adhere to this schedule in order to avoid any loss of rights during the application, evaluation, and registration stages.
The application calendar primarily consists of the following critical stages:
► Online Application Dates:
The official period during which candidates can enter their information into the system and upload the required documents.
► Evaluation, Placement, and Announcement of Results:
The process during which applications are reviewed by the relevant commissions and the results are officially announced.
In cases where YÖS scores are equal during placement, candidates’ secondary education graduation scores are taken into consideration, and the candidate with the higher graduation score is given priority. If the equality persists, the decision of the International Student Commission shall be final.
During the evaluation process, the Admission Commission may, if deemed necessary, apply a 50% quota rule when assessing applications from the same country for a specific academic unit.
Following the placement process, a primary candidate list is determined based on the ranking of scores obtained from the announced examinations, within the allocated quotas. If the quotas are not fully filled after the registration of the primary candidates, additional placements will be carried out to fill the remaining quotas.
Candidates who fail to complete their registration within the specified registration dates will lose their right to enroll.
The lists of primary and additional placement candidates, as well as the required documents for registration, are announced on the official website (kilis.edu.tr) and are considered as official notification. Registrations are carried out on the dates specified on the University’s website.
Student contribution fees must be paid within the dates announced on the University website. Candidates who fail to pay these fees or who submit incomplete documents will lose their right to registration.
► Final Registration:
The period during which students who are entitled to enroll must complete their in-person registration at the University.
All dates announced on the official website of our University and in the announcements section of our Coordination Office are considered official notifications.
Any updates regarding the academic calendar or processes will also be announced through the same channels.
Applications submitted outside the announced dates or late final registration procedures will not be accepted by the system.
For up-to-date information, please follow the announcements section on our website.
