Q: When and how can I apply?
A: Applications are accepted only through the online application system within the Application Calendar announced annually by our University. Applications submitted in person or by post are not accepted.
Q: Do I need to pay an application fee?
A: Generally, no application fee is required. However, it is important to check the official guidelines for any current financial obligations related to exams (such as TR-YÖS) or registration processes.
Q: I do not yet have my high school diploma. Can I still apply?
A: Yes, candidates who are in the process of graduating may apply with an official Temporary Graduation Certificate or a student certificate issued by their school.
Q: Which exam results are accepted?
A: Primarily TR-YÖS (Türkiye Foreign Student Admission Exam), as well as international exams (such as GCE, etc.) recognized as equivalent by our University Senate, and certain national examination results from different countries are accepted.
Q: Can I be admitted based on my high school GPA from my home country?
A: Priority in placement is given to exam scores. However, if quotas remain unfilled, evaluation based on high school graduation grades may be considered, as specified in the application guidelines for the relevant year.
Q: Is a Turkish language certificate obtained from another university valid?
A: Valid and up-to-date B2-level Turkish language certificates issued by university TÖMER centers or the Yunus Emre Institute may be accepted upon approval by the commission.
However, in order to study in programs where the language of instruction is Turkish at Kilis 7 Aralık University, candidates must either complete at least B2-level education at TÖMER and pass the required exams, or successfully pass the Turkish Proficiency Exam conducted by TÖMER (minimum B2 level).
Q: Do I need to come to Türkiye for final registration?
A: Yes, final registration must be completed in person by the candidate at the Student Affairs Office within the dates announced on the University’s website.
Q: Do you provide assistance with the residence permit process?
A: Our Coordination Office provides enrolled students with the required “Student Certificate” for residence permit applications and offers general guidance regarding procedures with the Provincial Directorate of Migration Management.
Q: What are the tuition fees for international students?
A: Tuition fees are determined annually by Presidential decree and approved by the University Administrative Board. Please refer to the official website for the most up-to-date fee schedule.
