Kilis 7 Aralık University considers intercultural interaction and mutual understanding among students from different cultural backgrounds as a key component of social integration. Accordingly, social and cultural activities emphasizing active participation of international students are organized.

Student organizations such as the Brothers Society, Kilis International Student Solidarity and Education Society, Türkiye–Syria Brotherhood Society, and the International Student Society continue to serve as important platforms supporting international students’ active participation in social life.
